about Teah


Hello and thanks for reading.  I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  I have had a life long enthusiasm for movement, health and wellness.  I have been working to help individuals feel better in their bodies since 2000. My career started in body work, practicing therapeutic massage several years.  In 2009 I began teaching group fitness classes and shortly thereafter got my personal training certification.  I specialize in Body weight training, TRX, and building functional strength while increasing kinesthetic awareness.  I love to help clients move through their personal road blocks and obstacles, it is endless inspiration to see my clients reach new milestones!  My approach to fitness is rooted in balance and wellness.  I hope that my passion for fitness and wellness and my enthusiasm for exercise carries over and becomes an infectious energy that drives clients to work hard and stay motivated!

Favorite Food: Pasta, once I start I just can't stop!
Favorite way to exercise: Outside, with a friend or 10 or 20, using my own body weight, I get bored easily so I have to change things regularly.
Strengths: my 'core', determination, intuition
Weaknesses: good food, good wine, and self doubt.
