"I have been working under coach Teah with the Ladies Gun Club for over a year now.
Her approach and methodologies are exactly what I need to stay motivated and involved. Meeting at Carrier Park just after sunrise is not only beautiful, but also gives us all a chance to fit some nature and sunshine into our day while also taking great care of our bodies.  Teah keeps it interesting by creating a routine that is constantly evolving.  We move all around the park, trying new exercises and staying engaged. "Since joining my first session of the Ladies Gun Club in April of this year I have thoroughly enjoyed my morning workouts under Coach Teah's care.  Her approach has continuously been FUN, challenging, supportive and evolving which keeps me motivated to stay on my fitness path.  Watching the sun rise over the beautiful WNC mountains each morning at Carrier Park sets a positive tone which carries me throughout the day.  Coach Teah's program can be adjusted to meet all fitness levels so everyone can benefit and receive the results they desire.  RESULTS...not only have I  gained strength, stamina and muscle definition but have lost 2 inches in my hips/waist within the short time I have been a part of the LGC.  Looking forward to more sessions with this supportive group of women knowing that I am one step closer to achieving my fitness goals."
