 At Well.Fit we believe in mastering our own body weight. Exercise is a form of self care and is part of the trifecta of wellness; proper nutrition, adequate rest/relaxation, and physical fitness.  We help our clients better their health and their quality of life, our community provides a network of people to support you and a framework of classes to get you moving.


We offer group classes, personal training, nutritional coaching and Boot Camps. Below is a description of our current group classes.


Boot Camp Programs:
 Boot Camps generally run from 2-6 weeks, can be everyday or a few days a week.  Boot Camp Programs are different than our group classes because they are progressive focused programs with more hands on attention from the trainer.  In an average bootcamp class you can expect to run, jump, push, pull and play games.  We work from the ground up, we focus on core stability and over all strength, stamina and agility. We find ourselves having a ton of fun and laughing a lot, and clients get excellent results.


R.A.D. Run: This class moves through the River Arts District.  Meeting point will be on Depot St. across from Pink Dog Creative. This is an intermediate level class, all fitness levels are encouraged to join but you must be able to keep us with the group.  We will warm up at our meeting point,  and from there will run around the R.A.D.,  stopping periodically to challenge ourselves with a variety of exercises.  If you have sensitive paws we recommend wearing some gloves, cycling gloves are great, this will protect your hands when we are on the ground.  Bring a water bottle you can carry easily while running. Drop-ins welcome, please show up to class at least 10 minutes early on your first visit to fill out paperwork.

TRX Intro: This class is designed for people who have no prior experience with the TRX Suspension trainer.  We will go from A to Z teaching, you everything you need to know about using the TRX,  we will then go through a full body workout using the with it.  5 participants minimum for this class. Pre-registration required.

TRX Group Training:  This is a progressive group training program that utilizes the TRX for most exercises.  Programs run from 4-6 week periods. This is will be a closed group with a limit of 10 participants (minimum of 5). Pre-registration required.
